We work hard to ensure that all our products are made with high-quality materials, shipped on time, and accurately. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchange policy, which applies for a full 30-day period after the purchase date if you are dissatisfied for any of the following reasons:

Replacements and Exchanges
We typically do not accept returns due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors. However, we support customers by offering replacements with the following conditions:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs and a small handling fee (handling fees vary based on the product type, such as hoodies or sweatshirts).

Shipping
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
